Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the luxury presentation boxes are protected.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Refund Processing
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
